  1. Ape Grape says:

Haha! These are great. My own vs:

    First child:
Everyone must wash their hands before touching her
    Third child:
Exposure to different biological substances will strengthen his immune system

    First child:
Felt like I had to have complete control over every aspect of my babies development, and be able to quote pediatrician and parenting books advice
    Third child:
Theres a million things I DON’T know and CANNOT control, and thats cool. I DO know that right now, they are all (mostly) clean, are well fed (well, maybe not the two year old-sometimes she goes on hunger strikes until theres chocolate), and they are usually very happy and warm hearted kids (within normal reason-they are kids, they do still sometimes get frustrated and melt down in the middle of wal-mart while everyone stares and whispers and I flip them all off in my head).

Amber, you are a good momma ๐Ÿ™‚ you know what I think having a third kid teaches us? That it’s ok to loosen the reigns a bit, follow the lead of your children, and energy spent worrying about judgements of others is wasted.

    Keep blogging!
